Amazing queer friendly vegan cafe - Edit
We really liked the place & atmosphere. They have a weekly menu which includes a combo of 2 dishes. Food was delicious! A huge amount of queer & vegan books available to read or buy although we didn't see anything in English. Worth to visit.

Great Vibes Great Prices - Edit
Lovely atmosphere, helpful staff, and great vegan options which were super tasty. Casual dining vibe, the prices were super cheap, €11 for a bottle of organic wine, and €5-€7 per dish, we had four between two of us but could’ve stuck with 3. Chocolate cookies were lush.

Bar y librería, perfecto. - Edit
Me encanta La Raposa.

Relaxed atmosphere in a (feminist) bookstore. It is not a fancy place with modern or posh decoration, but cultural and relaxed.

Great cause, subpar food - Edit
I really wanted to love this place. The locale is cool as heck, and the feminist library is a must visit, but sadly the food itself was lacking.
Read moreWe tried several dishes, and they ranged from great to terrible. The staff was having a rough day and the venue was crowded beyond what's reasonable. So the attention was lacking also.
Still worth a visit if you're in the area.

Un menù riquísimo y barato! - Edit

Loved this place! - Edit
Very cool and inclusive queer vibe inside. The menu del dia is very fairly priced (9.50€) - I had a tortilla española with zucchini and leek, and maafe stew with rice, chikn, and peppers and onions. Both were delicious and very fresh. Definitely recommend!

Cool place! - Edit
We are making our way across Italy and southern Europe. We stumbled upon La Raposa del Poble. I read the reviews and they were not far off. The portion sizes are a bit small, but we actually prefer slightly smaller than the American large. While a little small, they were filling. They were very kind especially when we wanted to order 3 nachos. They said two would be plenty for 3 people…and of course they were correct. Our 4th got the lasagna. It was tasty too. All in all, 4 alcohol drinks and 3 entrees was less than 40€. The book store was also cool and the atmosphere was nice.

Sitio bonito pero ya... - Edit

What a find! Really wholesome freshly made food. I had a lentil stew with seitan chorizo which was very tasty and filling. The menu was all in Spanish and the staff only had a little English but were helpful. Two courses for €9.50 - great value. The coffee was very good too
