Limited but good - Edit
Ordered the chorizo and potato tacos with plantains. They were delicious and I’m glad they offer this option. Really the only option that’s vegan without modifications.

EXCELLENT VEGAN CEVICHE - Edit
I was pleasantly surprised today . I noticed they have shrimp ceviche on the menu, I asked our wonderful server , Manuel, if the ceviche could be made vegan , he went to the kitchen to confirm and came back and said it will be a vegan dish just leave the shrimp off. I ordered it and it was DEEEEEE-FREEKIN-LICIOUS…… my husband ordered the veggie fajitas and he loved his meal too!

Disappointing - Edit
No vegan marked items. There are a few vegetarian options. They handmade the guac right out in the lobby area and charged 8.99 to make guac for a table of 2. It wasn't until the bill came that we saw a double guac was billed though that wasn't discussed. Because I didn't want to pay for cheese to have it removed, I wouldn't get any of the vegetarian options and asked for a side of black beans and tortilla shells. The black beans were nothing special and the flour tortilla shells had a sour, raunchy smell to them. The guac had entirely too much lime. The person at the table got an enchilada and a quesadilla in a combo. I have eaten many enchiladas and love the sauce, their red sauce smelt like raw tomatoes and wasn't the right consistency. The person couldn't even eat it. Their quesadilla barely had queso, call it a dilla.

Tofu Fajitas Fit for a King - Edit
A reliable and consistent place to order something vegan friendly. Their veggie fajitas have mushrooms, zuchinni, red peppers and onions with a little bit of sesame seeds. The black beans are delicious and made with no animal fats. They are also serving dishes in a half of a pineapple. Without a lot of options in this area, I had to recommend it. There are a number of vegetarian dishes noted on the menu. They also have a roasted corn appetizer.
