Stunning place old mansion with great service and one nice option - Edit
It has a vegan selection. I tried the chicarrones de soya and they were super yummy and filling. I came back to try the torta and was just a sandwich so I would stay with the chicarrones . Great find in the center specially on Monday when "La Casa Ceiba" restaurant is closed.

Only vegan option in the Centro Histórico - Edit
I was happy to find out about this place, since all of San Luis' vegan and vegetarian restaurants are located far from downtown. Located in a historic building with a lovely courtyard, they have a small vegan section on their menu. Decent food, nice presentation.
