There is also a bowl offered with grains (barley?)
The second time I ordered this bowl with extra vegetables.
Although this may not be considered polite in France? (I asked it very carefully), it was no problem and I got my extra vegetables.
The waiters are friendly and genuinely nice!

Nice that vegan options are clearly marked on the menu. We did not choose the pasta dish, as there was no equivalent alternative to cow cheese, like vegan cheese or something else besides vegetables.
But the 'Poke de Bouddha' tasted great!
It's a pleasure to eat, with many different flavors.
Don't be too eager with the green sauce if you're not used to hot food. This is Wasabi.
