Good food - Edit
The płace really opens at 7 pm, but the staff was kindly enough to welcome us at 6 pm. No English menu or English speaking staff, unfortunately. But the pinsas were really good and crusty, I had the vegghi piece with zucchini and dried tomatoes. The sweet pinsas are extremely sweet😄and not so great coffee. There are not many places to eat in Castelvetrano, so we were glad to find La Pinsata.

Ottima pinsa - Edit
Pinseria con ottime pinse dal l’impasto leggero e gustoso. Tre già vegane in menu (due salate e una dolce) ma sono super disponibili a farne altre con ingredienti a vostra scelta. Gli ingredienti sono di ottima qualita, dalle farine all’olio. Super consigliata la pinsa dolce con marmellata di arance, arance e cioccolato fondente.
