Hmmm...

This was not my favorite experience in Tokyo.
The owner is condescending and feels her product is tasty. I bought the small , expensive cake and it was bland.
I am not sure the owner understands what good customer service means.

Pros: Zero pros

Cons: Not a place to seek.

Way too expensive!

It was interesting to see how you are treated here. Very non-Japanese form of hospitality. The desserts lack in taste and are rather bland. For their price point I would expect higher quality!

I hope the owner will take this review as constructive ctriticism and improve.

Pros: None

Cons: Expensive, rude, unkind especially to non-Japanese

Small, but beautiful cakes

Cakes are often baked in small quantities and often sold out, but the owner does bake them with lots of love. A bit expensive for the size, but good for a special treat.

Window Shopping is NOT encouraged

I wanted to buy something from here but one box (10 pieces) of biscuits costs 5,000 yen. The slice of cake (which really looked like a sliver) cost 1,800 yen. I get that it's organic and sustainably sourced, but really there's no need to be THAT proud and snooty about it. Owner gave me a scowling look when I walked out the door. That's when I noticed the sign: "We serve high quality organic snacks. Window Shopping is NOT encouraged."

Pros: Vegan

Cons: Expensive, Unwelcoming, Paints vegans in a bad way

Good Cakes, limited choices

The cakes I had were good, although there were maybe around 5 items total in the shop. No drinks, no place to eat. Maybe stop in if you’re in the area, but don’t go out of your way

Pros: Delicious cake

Cons: Limited hours, Not many choices
