Best option if you're in a rush - Edit
You can get a wrap, a salad, quinoa or rice falafel option if you are vegan. The salad and the falafel were both fresh and rather good.

Okay fast food - Edit
Good for a quick, cheap lunch. Several veggie options, you can change toppings as well (all meat can be substituted with falafel). I had the veggie burrito; not great, but good value for the money. Burrito/ rice or quinoa (?) with topping for around 3000-5500 colones (June 2019).

Good - Edit
Wraps are veganizable, dried tomato sauce is really good, they have many places in San Jose, honestly is my choice when theres nothing else, is not vegan or vegetarian so like in any omnivore restaurant you have to be really specific, the good thing is some of their staff are informed so is easier.

Cons: Not vegan nor vegetarian

Not much choice but nice falafel pitta - Edit
I got the falafel pitta here and really enjoyed it. There was only really a falafel pitta or wrap or salad so if you're wanting a lot of choice this isn't the place.

Go-to at Food Courts - Edit
La Oliva Verde is my go-to when I need to eat at a food court and want a healthy, veg option. They have a good variety of wraps, pitas, salads and a few soups. They are also now offering meal planning, including vegan options. It can be a little pricey considering that it's usually not a restaurant setting, but still a good option.

Excelente.

Moderate alternative - Edit
Good place if you like salads and can't find a vegan option close by. I consider this to be healthy fast food and not proper restaurant-quality. It's also a little pricey for it.
