Support Your Co-Op - Edit
This spot has a great selection of vegan cheeses, snacks, frozen goods, juices, etc. plus has the added benefit of being cooperatively owned and supporting local farmers/vendors. It’s smaller than, say, Whole Foods. But it packs a lot in a smaller space and doesn’t concentrate wealth in a corporate board.

Worth Experiencing - Edit
Coop with multiple locations throughout the state. All of the usual suspects regarding products and then some, a positive. Super friendly and welcoming. Juices and deli in rear. Important to clean out the juicer for new orders please to avoid after taste of previous juice made. A bit more organized with some changes made i.e., deli bar is replaced with large-to-go frig.

More vegan options than typical grocery store - Edit
As title says, if you’re looking for a niche v product, they seem the most likely to have it. Only downside is cost, it’s probably on par with Whole Foods, if not slightly more

Amazing!! - Edit
Stopped in to grab a bite to bring on a hike . Was pleasantly surprised by the abundance of vegan options and the co-op itself ! (If i wasnt traveling i would definitely be a member) all produce seemed exceptionally fresh and staff friendly and helpful. Ended up choosing some veg sushi, kombucha, and rice rolls with avacado. Great selection of hot and cold for all , smoothies , juices, and even baked goods! (Muffin was so good)

Decent little natural food store.... - Edit
This place has some great vegan food options in the produce, dry and frozen sections. I implore anyone who goes here to buy the Majestic Garlic spread (near the hummus section) if available. Try the raw vegan garlic cayenne spread. Put it on bread and be instantly met with memories of buttery garlic bread. This stuff is magical and addictive!! I could only find it in New Mexico and through direct ordering online. I could eat a tub of it every day.

[censored] Hill Gem - Edit
The Co-Op is a great grocery option in the [censored] Hill area. Tons of vegan convenience foods, good produce, and a good bulk section. The only real issue with this place is that the parking is a hassle. The lot is small and shared with a number of businesses.

Happy Little Store = Happy Shopper - Edit
Went during my lunch hour...luckily someone ws pulling put of a parking space...or I don't know where I would have parked as I'm not familiar with this area of town.
Read moreAs I went around the store I was excited to see that there were VEGAN options throughout the store-even at the deli area-which is not something I am used to at other places and it was a pleasant surprise.
I will go back, I'm just not sure where to park if the lot is full (its small-and shares with other businesses).
Pros: VEGAN ITEMS EVERYWHERE, Staff is friendly/helpful, A register by the deli
Cons: Parking lot is small

Deli is Solid - Edit
I was visiting Burque in June and found myself eating lunch at the Coop everyday. There was always something fresh and veg/vegan friendly in the deli. I'm a sucker for a decent vegan Tempeh "chicken" Salad. I am also a former employee so my opinion could be biased.

Nice Little Co-op - Edit
I really love the idea behind the whole co-op. However I am not very impressed with the high prices of the co-op. I feel like prices should be a lot more affordable. I'd probably be more of a regular shopper there if that was the case.

La Montanita Co-op - Edit
I shop in [censored] Hill because I live near that area. There aren't any health food stores/restaurants in Siesta Hills where I live unfortunately, I wish there were. Anyway, I am a member of the La Montanita. They sell organic and local produce. The food they sell is great. They sell raw things too which is nice and I can buy white spelt flour from them which I do regularly. I recommend this store to anyone who likes to eat healthy.

Cons: expensive, needs to expand
