Dans une ruelle un peu en retrait du port, cette pizzeria vous sauvera peut-être si vous êtes de passage et affamé. En effet, il n'y aucune pizza 100% vegane sur la carte. Cependant, comme c'est souvent le cas, il est possible de demander d'adapter une pizza pour une version sans fromage. Les serveurs feront passer les consignes au pizzaïolo sans souci. J'avais choisi une margarita sans fromage. La pâte était fine et croustillante mais pas uniformément cuite. Le basilic était un peu brûlé. C'était somme toute correct, un peu meilleure que la moyenne des pizza mais pas au niveau d'une véritable marinara napolitaine. En bref, un bon plan de secours pour vegan en détresse.

Lovely evening in the old town of Cassis - Edit
We were desperate to find a restaurant in Cassis that serves a vegan dish and we were really happy to have found La Girandole over tripadvisor. The restaurant has a good understanding of veganism and offered us to adjust some dishes to our needs. The food was very delicious and the waiter very friendly.
