Wonderful Sake Tasting - Edit
We had a wonderful evening here: rather than choose from the menu, we decided to go Sake forward, and for the chef to pair each sake with an appropriate (vegetarian) dish. The result was spectacular, and he took a lot of time to explain each sake and the taste/pairing choice. Wonderful!

- Salteado de verduras y champiñones al jengibre y miso rojo.
- Ensalada de algas y garbanzos al curry verde.
- Wok de noodles con tofu al curry rojo.
- Garbanzos en leche de coco.
