Café and bar in the port with vegan milk and croissant - Edit
The café bar is situated in the port but a bit apart from the most busy part, so it's calm and in the nice building which used to be a dock. You can have a coffee with vegan milk, they have also vegan croissant. They offer some other snacks as well (panini) but I didn't see vegan option.
