Beyond Burger + some pintxos - Edit
There is a lot of vegetarian options, not so many vegan, but the beyond burger (ask for no mayo) is very nice and there are 2-3 other pintxos and some salads.

I came here through happy cow. Unfortunately all vegan options (vegan tapas and vegan burger) have been sold out at around 9 pm. I don't know if they were on stock before.

Nice pinchos - Edit
The restaurant has a cute vibe, the pinchos are delicious as well as the waffles and crêpe. All in all, only very few vegan options but quite some vegetarian pinchos. They also have oat milk for their coffee which is nice. Definably worth a visit!

Best burger in Santander - Edit
So lucky to get a spot here for food and drinks, my partner and I have had many burgers around this region of Spain and these were by far the best ones. €8-10 for burgers with a side of potato chips, an amazing deal. Definitely deserves 5 stars.
