No vegan options anymore - Edit
Came in due to pictures of previous menu staying clear vegan options. These have been removed and only vegetarian options remain. Asked about what was vegan as no English menu available and not a lot they could offer unfortunately.

No options available - Edit
We booked this place because they had options listed on the menu... only 2 options but still a bonus I thought. However on the night the main option was not available and I asked for alternatives, they wouldn't offer anything else, the best they could do was the zucchini with parmesan and yogurt on the side. Very disappointing and misleading that they cater for vegans.

fake vegetarian - Edit
Fake vegetarian restaurant. They use animal-based base products to elaborate the dish. I told them that i couldn't have any dairy products because i was intolerant. I ordered 2 dishes, and I was told they don't have any dairy, but wasn't true, and i ended up spending my holiday in hotel with stomach pain from dairy intolerance. The next day, i called them to let them know what happened, and with rude spanglish they just told us to go to the hospital and take a laxative. What a p....k!!!!

Not too great - Edit
Not many vegan options and the buddha bowl is basically a bowl of salad with a couple of falafel and even though it is stated as vegan on the menu, it comes with a yogurt sauce, so make sure to ask for other dips, we got olive oil and hummus which also wasnt the best. 12,50€ for that is too much money!

Pros: Healthy
Cons: Teuer , nicht viele vegane Optionen, vegane Optionen nicht sehr kreativ

Pricey and boring vegan options - Edit
There were inky two vegan mains: à Buddha bowl and a tabbouleh salad. Both not very exiting. Also, the salad was pricey at 11 euros and tiny as well as nothing special.

Vegan-friendly restaurant - Edit
The menu is clearly labeled for vegans which was appreciated.
Read moreThe vegan options are pretty limited: hummus appetizer, a buddha bowl and some tabouleh. Not necessarily what I would eat in a dinner date but given the limited options for nice vegan sitdown restaurants in Santa Cruz, it was welcome.

Original propuesta - Edit

A few pretty good vegan options - Edit
They have a total of 3 vegan tapas, 2 vegan main dishes and 2 vegan deserts. Food was quite good! Though the two of us still left a little bit hungry as the meals were quite light.

Refreshing! - Edit
We ordered the mushroom croquettes, battered aubergine with honey sauce, and tomato/greens/avocado slices with bread drizzled in olive oil (I can't remember the proper titles for all of these). The croquettes were delicious but I'd advise ordering two or three if you want a good portion because if you order one they will give you only one and they're pretty small (only ~€1 though). Battered aubergines with honey sauce were very interesting. The texture was quite soft. The sauce is very sweet and rich, I wouldn't eat too many at a time, but I really enjoyed it nonetheless. The tomato/greens/avo slices with bread was as you'd expect, pretty great! Overall really enjoyed the meal and would go back! It was about €15 per person.

Delicious Food - Edit
A little more upmarket than most and not the cheapest option - but good atmosphere, very pleasant service and the food was first class.
Read moreWe started with vegan croquettes, followed by a dish of excellent aubergine sticks and finished with a main of salad which was nicely presented and included rocket, avocado, tomato salsa and toast. Unfortunately there was no vegan desert which was a shame as it would have rounded off a perfect meal.

Loved it! - Edit
We stumbled upon this place walking around and it was amazing. We had the red pepper hummus with pita bread, the Buddha bowl salad with beet falafel, and a mixed selection of their croquettes. Even the crunchy, artisanal bread was delicious and their sparkling water was perfect. I can’t give 5 stars since they serve meat.
