Although their vegan pizzas are ok (pricey though) their customer service is shocking: rude servers and nonexistent customer service skills. Bad enough to prevent us from returning. We ordered 3 pizzas to deliver and didn't get what we had ordered (unfortunately we realized this after the delivery person had already left) yet the manager/supervisor or whomever I spoke to on the phone refused to redeliver the correct items and we were forced to pay for and eat something we didn't order. Terrible, unacceptable experience.
