Fast Chilaquiles to go

Love to have this option when in rush. The corn chips are thiny and crispy and the sauces are fresh, the protein portion is generous and well flavored, the nondairy cream and cheese are pretty light, finally you can add fresh onions and coriander. You have the whole chilakleta experience plant based.

Pros: Vegan friendly

Cons: I would love some beans as a side or extra
