Bistek taco - Edit
The bistek taco is delicious. The bistek is one of the best vegan meats I've had in a taco! I'm definitely going to try to catch La Chancita whenever they have pop ups. Great service.

It was great. Probably some of my favorite Mexican food now, along with La Venganza. I tried to come at 2 but ended up arriving closer to 4, so that's probably why 😅

If you ever get a chance to try the chicharon tacos, you have too! They are really good! All the tacos I tried were good and my dude agreed and we are taco snobs!

The most authentic vegan tacos ever! - Edit
I’ve eaten at this popup a few times and there’s something unique in their flavors, it not just super yummy but also it seems like I’m traveling to México when I eat their tacos. Also, they are such wonderful people and I love their energy.

The tacos were pretty good, but I probably wouldn’t order the quesadilla again. It was the absolute smallest quesadilla I’ve ever had, and the soy cheese was generously heaped on it but didn’t have the same stretchiness. Went to one of their pop-ups at Vegan Donut Gelato on a Sunday for lunch. Their website published inaccurate hours for the pop-up (5-8:30p rather than 12-4p on Facebook). The red salsa was super thick, and the avocado salsa was a little bland. The salsa verde was my favorite of the three salsa options they gave me. They also give you white onions and cilantro to dress your tacos with.
