Lovely atmosphere - Edit
Nice spot to dine out and good vegan pizza. They have quite a lot of vegan options, it was just a bit disappointing that a lot was already not available anymore in the evening even though I requested vegan options when making the reservation.

delicious starter, disappointing main - Edit
lovely surprise that there was a whole vegan menu with many options. had the vegan bruschetta pomodoro to start which was genuinely delicious. decided on the vegan lasagne for main which was a mistake. the lasagne was just alternate layers of a roasted vegetable and slice of vegan cheese stacked on top of each other surrounded by a tomato sauce. the tomato sauce was good, but the lasagne was very disappointing - no pasta sheets and no vegan mince like it said it would have on the menu. was definitely not worth €25

Italian inspired by Lidl - Edit
A mixed bag of highs and lows. Great to have an Italian option to dine in but you can tell corners are cut on quality.

Don’t understand the fuss - Edit
The staff were nice but that’s the best I can say about this place. I’ve eaten there twice - once as a family get together and once with friends. I went back because the reviews here are good and I thought I may have been unfortunate the first time. On both occasions I thought the food was extremely mediocre, particularly the lasagna. We had a kir royale which had cheap cassis and Prosecco. The bruschetta was nice but my Garden of Vegan pizza was only ok. Along with a “cheap” bottle of wine and a couple of cocktails we paid €245 for 4 of us (incl 10% service).

My mom said it was best meal ever! - Edit
This upscale Italian restaurant in Dublin’s Temple Bar area has a vegan menu with lots of hearty options. We loved the bruschetta and the vegetable lasagna. So exceptional! My mom was raving about it the whole time. Me too. Melted in your mouth. And they have two vegan dessert options. I had the lemon tart with ice cream.

Friendly staff and tasty food - Edit
The staff was very nice, they had an entire vegan menu, two pages. Starters, main courses and vegan wine. The portions were more than enough and very savoury. I will go back!

Great place to visit with none vegans. The place is nice, we were sat downstairs which is very cosy. Staff are very friendly and it’s not that expensive for the location we thought. We were very pleased!

Great Vegan Italian Food and Service - Edit
Our family ate here and was surprised at the large vegan menu offering vegan Italian classics. The service was great, food was great. The menu covered vegan appetizers, mains and desserts. My wife had a vegan pasta dish that she really enjoyed and I had the vegan veal dish that was delicious along with a great vegan sauce. The vegan tart with vegan ice cream really hit the spot and my wife had a vegan chocolate cake that was very rich and delicious.

Amazing!! - Edit
The food was amazing, I had the bruschetta, garlic bread and risotto. The first page of the menu is vegan and says on the top 'not everyone is vegan but everyone can eat vegan' and I love how that is the first thing you see when you open the menu! The staff were super friendly too!!! It's a great place to go if you are traveling with a non vegan. 100% recommend

My wife and I had a very good meal here - Edit
We started with bruschetta and a Caesar salad. Both were very tasty. I had the schnitzel, which was pretty good, and my wife had a risotto dish she really liked. We skipped dessert. The food was good. The service was terrible. Among other examples, we were waiting for our bill, which I told the waiter we were in a hurry. He took forever. My wife went to the bathroom and saw him just standing talking to another employee. My wife said something to him and he finally showed up with the bill, and then took more time to come take payment.

Great choices - Edit
Went here due to the previous reviews and was not disappointed. There was great choices on the vegan menu, plenty of starters, mains and 2 options for dessert. I had the vegan schnitzel and it was lovely. The wine was clearly labelled as vegan and it was also great!

Edit: I came back here recently and had the vegan lasagne which was lovely, as well as the vegan brownie and ice cream! Still as many vegan options and another enjoyable meal.

Good effort, doesn’t really deliver - Edit
Ordered the spinach tart and was served a soft patty. The server noticed our confusion and admitted it was like a veggie burger. I was expecting something with flaky crust.
Read moreThe lasagna was covered in shredded vegan cheese, with none inside. Might’ve been something like Daiya. It was filled with shredded carrots (not an ingredient I expected), thick slices of zucchini and peppers (these were good), and some sort of “meat” at the bottom that tasted a bit like olives, and wasn’t bad, but was meager. I expected to see layers of pasta, but they were hard to find. It didn’t taste of tomato sauce at all.
Honestly I’ve made lasagna a bunch of times with a homemade vegan ricotta (tofu, cashews, herbs), homemade pasta sauce, spinach, and noodles that was better. The wait staff was very apologetic—we didn’t complain, but also didn’t eat much and they inquired.
I would’ve been impressed 10 years ago. These days, especially coming from California where there are so many good options, and having eaten at a couple of less expensive yet better restaurants in Dublin, I expected more.

There is a separate vegan menu with plenty of options. I had the lasagne and it was okay, could have used a bit more flavor and seasoning. There are also multiple vegan wines on the menu.
