Vegan never mentioned - Edit
They don't mention vegan anywhere on their website so you have to check if the vegan option is still available. However they do have a vegetarian 4 to 7 course menu, so chances are that you can get something vegan without too many modifications.

Vegan tasting menu - Edit
One of the best Michelin star restaurant experiences. The food, wine, service and view are excellent. Vegan and vegetarian options. Would give it five stars if happy cow allowed. It’s not exclusively vegan, so I’m only allowed four stars. Highly recommend this restaurant.
