A single unmarked sandwich does not make a top destination - Edit
I don't think this any more vegan friendly than all other bakeries so this doesn't deserve the maximum rating for non veg places.

Delicious bread, conveniently located near the train station - Edit
They open super early, have a vegan sandwich, offer sourdough breads (difficult to find in Geneva) and the staff was super friendly!
