We chose the full menu (entree, main course and dessert) and had a great time in the following 2.5h we spent there. The food was plenty (after the hoummous/caviar d'aubergine entree we were already quite full) and did not lack taste or creativity. Most of the food on the menu was vegan (which was clearly indicated on the menu).

Fantastic Food and Lovely Atmosphere - Edit
Event though the restaurant was quite busy, the hostess took her time to have a chat, recommend some good vines and also spots to check out around town. The food was phenomenal and really innovative. There were some vegetables in consistencies I had never heard of and every thing tasted amazing. I couldn't help but smile through the whole meal. I also really loved the open and kind atmosphere of everybody. We had a really great time here and will come again.

Great little place. Fully vegan and organic. Has a lunch menu (€21 for 2 courses, €25 for 3 courses) with 2 choices each for starters, mains and desserts. Dinner is a tasting menu for €38, add €20 if you wish wine pairing. Lovely dishes come out that are very creative and tasty.

The combinations of flavors within each plate, and from one plate to the next, were unique and beautifully designed. My favorites were a shallot prepared three ways, leek with kiwi and pear, and an orange blossom risotto with artichoke and mustard; but all six courses were delicious. It was a memorable and special meal, best enjoyed slowly.

Book a table in advance! Luckily we did because the restaurant was completely full. We had a delicious lunch with delicate flavors, beautiful plating and friendly service. We enjoyed every bite of our lunch. We will definitely come back to try their dinner menu!

What an original menu, that was bursting with local, seasonal produce.
We ordered the 3-way cauliflower and Butternut soup as starters. We got some tasty corn bread as well. For the main course, we ordered cabbage rolls in bouillon and 4-way celeriac with black rice. We were extremely happy to get so many deliciously prepared vegetables, after a trip through Spain that seemed to be a vegetable void. Especially the celeriac was excellent, everything else was also delicious.
For dessert, we shared a creme Brulee, which was very tasty. Unfortunately, the Jerusalem artichoke dessert was no longer available because that seemed really interesting.
When we went for lunch the place was pretty quiet but as it is rather small I would make sure to make a reservation, especially for dinners.
We also ate at Bloomy in Toulouse, La belle verte is a more affordable version which is a tad less gastronomic but tasty nevertheless.

Amazing restaurant with a lot of creative and unique dishes. Highly recommend for those who are vegan or looking to eat more plant-based options. Keep in mind that they are open Wednesday to Sunday.
