We went here for breakfast and the food was amazing and so delicious. The pancakes and the big brekkie was great. Loved the vegan egg. Also came here the previous night for ice cream which was amazing too. A must see in Seminyak.

So much good vegan food in Bali! - Edit
We thought after 3 really amazing vegan meals that Kynd might not be as great as everyone says. Well, it was absolutely incredible. We had dinner there and chose the Rice Paper Rolls and Butter Cheeken. My partner loved the satay sauce with the rice paper rolls and said they were plenty filling. The butter cheeken was so flavourful and came with a roti. The iced tea and tropical juice were the perfect accompanying beverages!

Pros: Incredible flavours , Really fresh ingredients , Full vegan menu

My non-vegan friend brought me and another vegan friend here not realising it was fully vegan! We ended up having breakfast here every day whilst in Seminyak! Food and juices are delicious. A definite must whilst in Bali!

Just what we needed - Edit
My wife had heard about Kynd. The food selection was awesome, service terrific, nice and quiet because it's tucked back and is wheelchair accessible as the restaurant is flat. Not sure about the bathrooms. Well done Kynd.

Must visit!!! - Edit
I can see why this place is in the top 40 vegan restaurants in the world - everything was incredible - the drinks, the food, the vibes, the staff, everything! We went for tea one night and had the rice paper rolls, carbonara pizza and spicy miso ramen which were all absolutely delicious. For drinks we had the golden hour juice, lychee kiss (10/10!!) and a passionate soul cocktail - again all so so good but the lychee kiss was something else! We decided we had to return the next day because of how good it was and we got the tandoori chicken pizza, butter chicken curry and loaded fries (and another lychee kiss juice of course). The butter chicken is probably the best one I’ve ever had and the pizza was unbelievable too. We were only in Seminyak for 2 nights but if we were there any longer I think we’d have just kept going back to try and eat the whole menu! Definitely going to buy the cookbook!

Two years late with this review, but amazing pizza - Edit
I was flipping through old photos and it reminded me that I never wrote a review here. I went a couple years back with a vegan friend of mine, and were both pretty slim people who don’t eat a ton — especially her. But that didn’t stop us from ordering two pizzas and each eating half of both, and then with all that pizza gone still ordering a decadent dessert pizza, eating half, and then taking the other half back to our hotel to save for the next day.
Read moreAnd by save for the next day, I mean we sat in bed with a movie on and then demolished the rest of the dessert pizza.
Looking forward to going back to Bali and dropping by here again.

Loved this place so much, went 3 times - Edit
While it wasn't the usual local food, very western style food (roast dinner on Sundays!) It was perfect. The staff are lovely, the place is airy and fresh. The vegan egg was delicious. There was a thrift market happening too which was fun to check out.

Overpriced, alright food - Edit
I had the Benedict this morning and was pretty disappointed, it wasn't very good and the portion was a bit small. My iced coffee was tasty but also pretty small. The prices are high for Bali standards.

Was good, not great - Edit
The food here was good, but compared to other places we’ve eaten in Bali we were disappointed. We went on a Sunday so we tried the Plant Roast, as well as the chicken salad. Both were nice, but we left feeling hungry.

Must Try - Edit
We stayed in Seminyak and visited this place 3 times. Excellent food. We tried their Burrito, Pesto Pleaser, carrot cake, Balinese Big Mac, Peach with Pomegranate Popsicle Iced Tea and other options. These were the best. I personally did not enjoy the Spicy Miso Ramen too much. But all in all an excellent place with great ambiance in the heart of Seminyak.

Top Vegan restaurant! - Edit
Visited back in 2019, we were looking forward to this place based on their small cafe “Give” in Canggu, which is equally amazing.

Ramen - Edit
We were a bit aloof at first because of the instagram thing which we do not like so much… but - at the end we had a really tasty Ramen, nice and professional service and a calm and enjoyable experience (still covid obviously, so we were lucky☺️). Can recommend with a good feeling!

Kynd 😇 - Edit
I have been to Kynd a few times and loved it every time. The setting inside is super cute and has a lovely relaxed vibe. They are also available on Gojek but because we are quite far sometimes the food goes cold. I would recommend a hot food bag (yes even in Bali) as the pizzas went cold in transit. Other than that I really enjoy this place!
Read moreI will do a little score for each thing I have tried so far:-
The Sunny Ride Burger - 5/5 - I loved this so much. Super tasty and my first experience with vegan fried egg 😍
Pizza - 3/5 - I really wanted to like these pizzas but the tomato sauce base is a bit too sweet for my liking. The ‘pepperoni’ was a bit weird as it was made of tempe and didn’t have the right texture. However the vegan cheese is very good!
Italian scramble - 5/5 - this is really tasty and tastes like pizza 😍😅 I really enjoyed this dish and it was my first time eating tofu scramble.
Juices - 5/5 - lovely juices and nice fruit decoration on the top to stop any flies landing in your drinks
Balinese burger - 4/5 - this is really good but has the flavour of lemongrass that is off putting for me. If you like lemongrass you’ll love this.
Spaghetti Bolognese - 5/5 really good but small portions
Beyond burger - 5/5 - you can’t really go wrong with this. It is expensive for what it is because again very small portions but I suppose your paying for the brand beyond.
Even though the pizza isn’t the best I still give this place 5/5 and would return as the staff are really friendly.

A SOLID 5/5 stars for me this one. Staff members are lovely, they provide valet parking service, ambience is spot on, compostable straws (I believe they’re made of sugarcane fibre), SO MANY GOOD DEALS, food is top-notch and there are sooo many to choose from!
