Food isn’t great - Edit
The servers were all great. And I really liked the retro feel of the atmosphere. But the food was… not good. Not bad, but not good either. I ordered the pad se ew and I swear it had to have a whole cup of oil in it. This trip has had me eating at fancy restaurants every day but the other places had me thinking the rich food was worth the calories. But this was an insane amount of oil so it didn’t feel worth it.

This place was my favorite, 20yrs ago - Edit
Ordered pad thai with extra crispy tofu. Flavor was mediocre. Tofu was basic. I won't be back. Staff was nice.

Not a favorite - Edit
The staff is friendly and attentive and works as a team. There are are fair number of vegetarian dishes; unfortunately, they lack in texture, presentation, and flavor. We ordered tofu in two dishes. It was cold in both and seemed to have been pre-cooked and then added to the dish at the last minute. It wasn’t the worst but I can’t see going back any time soon.

Don't Be Fooled By Their Vegetarian Menu - Edit
Once one of the best Thai restaurants in town with a great vegetarian menu, the service is now terrible and they refuse to accommodate gluten-free allergies. Don't waste your time...go to Kinnaree or Komol if you want healthy, vegan Thai food.

Kung Fu, please never touch tofu ever again - Edit
I unfortunately attempted to consume their vegetarian pad thai, and I tried twice to like this.
Read moreThe first time, I didn't specify steamed or regular tofu, which regular is fried. The whole time I ate it I was wondering if it was refried beans or tofu. Also, the noodles were not normal pad thai noodles and reminded me of when someone overcooks pasta and lets it sit for hours.
The second time I specified steamed tofu. I guess they thought I meant "steamed for 5 seconds and then thrown in". It tasted slimy and the seasoning could not make up for this [edit by staff].
Two strikes and you are out!
Pros: they had cool statues
Cons: price, it's really dark in there, do i really have to repeat myself? FOOD

My husband and I love this place and come to it about once a week. The service is just amazing very prompt. The vegetarian menu is mostly ovo-lacto but for the strict vegetarians like us they will adapt it for you provided you ask. Very clean and great portions for the price. I would highly recomend also if you should get delivery they are speedy. This is a must for those who like to check places out. I would highly recomend the tom yum tofu soup!
