Not many vegan options - Edit
The udon was actually quite good but this place had so few options. Note that none of the soup noodles were vegan friendly bc of the broth (so you can order us zaru style)

Yum! - Edit
Busy little spot when my friend and I arrived on a Sunday for lunch. We had to put our name on the digital waitlist on a tablet just outside the entrance. Yelp handles it, and I thought the UX was a bit confusing since it texted me at least 10 minutes before they actually had our table ready. There seem to be many vegan options on the menu, but nothing is clearly marked. Even the two ramen options that are vegan are listed as vegetarian. At least the staff know what the difference is. We both enjoyed the mushroom creamy ramen. When ordering, you can pick from different spiciness levels. My friend was perfectly content with level 1, and I tried level 2, which was hot but still comfortable. I also added corn to mine. The fried tofu steak was satisfying, as was the spicy edamame. I'd love to come back and try some other parts of their large menu!
