Wildly overpriced; this is one restaurant that clearly imagines itself as being far more grand and upscale than it actually is. They've come, not a long way, but a bit of a way from their more humble diner beginnings at the corner of Bank & Albion, with a larger space & expanded menu, but by no means is this now a fine dining restaurant, even despite their prices.

But it's really just Daiya brand shredded cheese, and much of the menu is still unpleasantly greasy, very basic & too all over the place • stick to one specialty (it had always been pizza), and try your best to be the best at it... try to be all things to everyone, and something goes amiss.
If nothing else, please at least improve the quality of your customer service • such a massive disappointment each time I've been in, whether for a quick lunch or private party. I won't be coming back.
Pros: A few vegan & gluten-free options
Cons: Unwarrented fine dining prices, Overpriced Daiya cheese
