Delicious vegan food consciously prepared - Edit
There is a daily buffet with a big choice of vegan items and also a beautiful salad bar. The whole place has a lovely, friendly, welcoming energy.

Delicious - Edit
It was a simple buffet style when I went, but everything I had was delicious!
Read moreThe owner pointed out what was vegan (no labels), was super friendly, and explained anything with dairy came from their own animals which were well cared for.

Llamas and a buffet! - Edit
What a beautiful culturally rich place! We had a wonderful time wandering around and saying hello to all the llamas, peacocks and parrots! The buffet was fantastic, stocked with a salad bar, rice, and various hot foods. We left enriched; in culinary and cultural terms!

Amazing! - Edit
I came on Sunday at noon, just in time for lunch. The food is delicious and fresh, and made with a lot of love. The people here were very nice, and told me a little bit about the food. A couple of dishes were made out of vegetables from the garden.

Good food, great people - Edit
The salad bar is always full of temple grown organic veggies. The menu varies depending on who is cooking. For a Krishna temple there is a decent selection of vegan items. The temple has a nice gift shop, farm, and yoga classes. Go for the food, stay for the philosophy.

Cons: Menu varies day to day , Halava is never vegan, Is it curd or tofu? Ask as they offer both.

Okay - Edit
Some of the food was great, some was bizarre for a buffet. We went in and it was just really awkward- The people where not particularly friendly. The temple is beautiful, however.

Interesting - Edit
The temple itself is really cool and they do yoga on Saturdays with a free lunch buffet afterward. The food is just ok, but it's worth a visit just to see the temple. Not really a place I would go just to eat, though.

Not what I expected - Edit
A strange place - the temple is in a beautiful setting, and seems to be an on-going project.
Read moreThe buffet is the strangest that I've had at other Krishna Temples around the country. The food didn't seem that healthy, and the sanitary conditions were questionable. My wife and I took relatives to the temple to experience the buffet - to great dissapointment. The lady welcoming us was not friendly and quite rude when we engaged in conversation. Such a contrast to the Krishna Temple and resturant we visited in Dallas, where everyone was friendly and engaged in discussion.
I may give this another try the next time I'm in Utah, and hope it is a better experience. Otherwise, I will cross it off my list of vegitarian resturants to recommend to others.
Pros: setting, grounds
Cons: tasteless and unhealthy food, unfriendly staff, sanitation
