Slight Con-Fusion

A longstanding member of my Dubai hit-list, I braved the expense to finally sample what I imagined would be a veritable feast of hearty delights. My optimism waned quite considerably after I split open the first bag and clawed out my inaugural offering. To say that the ‘chorizo’ wrap was small would be (ironically) massively underselling it as it was that petite it was dwarfed by the lettuce leaf that accompanied it. My ever diminishing hopes took another substantial blow when I actually sampled it said wrap as it tasted as much like chorizo as mashed beans, which incidentally, it was. Not a great start. Things did improve significantly when I started delving deeper into my order, the salads and their dressings really impressed. It wasn’t all plain sailing though as the sandwiches as while the both the sandwiches were good, the ‘egg’ especially, they once again fell into the petite category.
By the time I have mopped up the last of the order I was slightly perplexed. On one-hand I did really enjoy the majority of the flavours, but on the other I felt cheated by the size of the dishes, even more so given the cost of everything. Ultimately, I’m glad to have tried it, but I doubt I’ll revisit the experience.

New vegan delivery in Dubai

Really enjoyed the taro boba and Reuben tofu. Jackfruit shawarma tastes nothing like shawarma. I added garlic mayo to it and it made such a huge difference. I'd defo try the other boba flavors.
