Beyond burger & lentil soup - Edit
I added this listing to help support keeping the Beyond items on the menu! Krause’s is very much a New Braunfels institution, and having options will benefit so many people and animals. They also have a superfood salad with brussel sprouts and a lentil soup, for lighter fare. A pretzel with mustard also hits the spot 🥨

Great food for mixed company - Edit
I love that they had a couple of vegan options available. The burger and sausage options. But if they had more than just those options, that would be good too. For example some salads with accidentally vegan options instead of non vegan dressings.

Love the Biergarten vibe here and the town it’s located in is nice to visit as well. Great to have a few options when I visit. I usually get the beyond sausage platter with all the nostalgic German food I not only grew up on but enjoyed when I studied abroad in Germany

Food was good, staff knowledge on vegan options was a bit disappointing but great service otherwise. The food choices were very limited but bursting with flavor.
