I went to this restaurant a couple of times and was delighted by the large variety of delicious vegan options on the menu . I had a friend who worked there and I asked him about what it was like. He knows I am vegan and told me very bluntly. DO NOT EAT HERE. They use chicken stock and fish sauce for “Vegan Options”.

I understand that the use of Fish Sauce and chicken stock may be endemic to Indonesian cuisine . But lying to your customers by saying an item is vegan is bad management practice. There are many people who are vegan due to allergies or other health problems. Saying something is vegan when it isn’t is not only dishonest business practice but it is a clear health risk

Lying on your menu to attract Vegans/ and Vegetarians and therefore get more profit is not acceptable .
