High quality and authentic vegan options inside of a brewery - Edit
I had the vegan burger with vegan poutine as well as a flight of beers. The staff were knowledgeable about the vegan menu options and everything was delicious and seemed to be of high quality. The beer flight was very adventurous and fun to try.

Amongst the best vegan poutine I ever had! It’s nice to have seitan on poutine instead of only a classic one without toppings! The beer is delicious too!

I really like it. The poutine was delicious, with the “beer sauce” (I do think you need to like that kind of thing and it’s not for everyone).

Bien heureux du nouveau menu qui offre plusieurs options véganes. La poutine était crémeuse et délicieuse! J'ai bien aimé les frites croustillantes. Le seitan apporte une belle touche différente. Le burger aussi est excellent. La serveuse connaissait bien les produits et le service fut rapide. J'en aurais manger davantage! :)

Excellent Vegan Poutine - Edit
This is probably the best vegan poutine in Quebec City. Their sauce is original and tasty with lots of herbs and flavours, not just some bland brown sauce. Their beer selection is always different since they are produced in small batch.
