Great Chimney Cakes! - Edit
This place had amazing and really fresh chimney cake! it was the best i have ever eaten and the owners were really nice. They even had slushy machines with vegan slushies, which was great since we visited during the hot summer months.

Nice! - Edit
I really liked it. Sweet, fluffy and actually quite filling. Vendor has signs in a lot of languages and spoke English and German with me😄

Not Fresh - Edit
There are lots of vegan chimney cake shops around Budapest. The one here was both pricey and not fresh.

Great if you want to try vegan chimney cake for a reasonable price. Soft on the inside and crispy on the outside.

Delicious - Edit
All vegan chimney cakes near Gellert baths. An ideal way to round off a hard day of bathing is to pop here for a freshly made chimney cake. We bought one, devoured it outside and immediately went back to buy another.

Traditional Pastries - Veganised! - Edit
Cute little street food stall outside Budapest's Citadel. They sell a range of vegan Kürtőskalács or "chimney cakes" (kind of like hollow, chimney-shaped doughnuts).
Read moreI went for cinnamon sugar - it was seriously amazing, still warm, and set me back less than €3.00.
I didn't see vegan chimney cakes anywhere else in the city, so this place is a must!
