Delicious vegan ramen - Edit
It’s not a veggie or vegan restaurant by any means, however the vegan ramen we ordered was delicious and I only managed to get one photo so this photo is the tofu one. We had one tofu ramen and one seitan ramen as well as vegan dumplings and both of us really enjoyed it 😋 Tye restaurant is very reminiscent of a traditional ramen place in Tokyo and they have delicious cocktails too…we had the Hibiscus one 💚

Great vegan Ramen - Edit
Menu via QR code, no problem to order vegan option, menu offers most of the dishes as a vegan option. Sat outside next to the street, cozy atmosphere inside. Very friendly staff, big bowl of Ramen for me (:

Delicious vegan options, but ramen came with egg! - Edit
I was so happy to find some vegan ramen right near my hotel, especially because it was actually open during my lunch hours!! Many places in Lisbon close when I'm hungry, so this was a sight for sore eyes. Upon entering, the relaxing ambience of the establishment hit me and I was instantly at ease when I went during my lunchtime (~15:00-16-00).
Read moreI ordered the Yasai Kare Ramen with no egg, and the Tofu & Shiitake bao buns. The bao buns were absolutely delicious! Every bite was a glimpse into what I imagine paradise is like. The Yasai Kare ramen was also delicious, but it unfortunately came with two eggs. I'm not sure why. The staff didn't understand English too well, (they'd answer me entirely in Portuguese, not English, and that's how we communicated. I can understand them but they had issues understanding me) that's not their fault, so, maybe I should've attempted to speak Portuguese. Either way, I was very upset when I saw that. I'm assuming this was an issue caused by our inability to communicate properly with one another.
At the end of the day, I loved the food here and would visit again, but I'll try to make it clearer that I want ramen with no eggs next time.
Pros: Vegan options clearly labelled, Good opening hours
Cons: Food came with egg

Great vegan ramen with many options! - Edit
Had the Miso Vegetarian Ramen with no egg to make it vegan. Very good but the broth was a little too rich and salty for me. Many different vegetarian and vegan options, and many non-vegetarian options. Very good list of cocktails.

Loved it! - Edit
Food was delicious with plenty of vegan alternatives which made us visit twice. Menu was easy to read and you can easily find what dishes are vegan or vegetarian. Staff was very attentive, gave recommendations and seemed knowledgable about the menu and cooking process.
Read moreI had the cold wakame salad, shitake shimeji yaki without eggs, edamame, tofu & shitake bao and the yasai kare ramen.
The location was good, mood of the restaurant was nice with both locals and tourists. Busy restaurant but we didn't need to book a table.
Would definitely visit again if I go back to Lisbon!
Pros: Many vegan options, Indoor and outdoor seating, Great ambiance

Plenty of options - Edit
We tried the miso veg ramen, gyozas, and edamame. The ramen's broth was tasty but heavy, and I would have liked some more veggies. The starters were both nice, especially the gyozas. There were four veg ramen options and a few other dishes like a veg soba. For Lisbon the prices are a bit high.

Muito bom. Gostei muito da variedade de opções vegetarianas. - Edit

Very exciting menu with several options possible to make vegan. The bao and gyozas were delicious. The ramen was good, though could've tasted a little more. It's a nice place to go for warm atmosphere and a good dinner.

Blown Away - Edit
Ive tried to get here the day before, but they weren’t open although they were according to happy cow. They open at 19:00. I’m glad I’ve came the day after, because I wouldn’t wanted to have missed this one! The interior was simple and stylish. The staff was friendly, but not that try hard/ass kissing which I liked very much. I didn’t go for a starter and want straight away for the nerigoma ramen. The two pieces of marinated pieces of ginger on top were a real flavor bomb! Really intens, sweat, salty and spicy. The tofu was also sweat and tasty. The rest was a bit more simple/perfectly balanced to go with the authenticity of a ramen. The soup could have been a bit more greasier. Also the matcha mochi was great.

Expensive disappointment - Edit
We came to the restaurant to find the advertised vegan options, despite it being mainly meat inclined. Due to some clerical mistake, my order came down with a boiled egg, right in the middle of the ramen broth. When requested to rectify the situation, the staff took the bowl to the kitchen and came back with the same order, minus the egg. Then unpromptedly added to their rushed apology that they had cooked another serving from scratch. Dubious affair. The experience was ruined.

Great Place! - Edit
The food is very, very good. The restaurant is small, but it becomes very quiet and intimate. Perfect for quiet meals and good conversations. As a vegan, it was great to find a good variety of appetizers and vegan ramen (I tried the spicy one as was delicious). I recommend!
