Needed a place to get ice cream in Utica

I love ice cream, but this one tasted like water- dirty crumbly water that falls off the cone and isn’t creamy at all.

I haven't had the dole whip soft serve, though I wish I had gotten that instead.

Pros: Nice outdoor picnic benches
