Should not be on Happy Cow - Edit
There is no vegan section on the menu, and none of the dishes are vegan as-is. The avocado toast and the cauliflower hash can be made vegan by omitting the non-vegan ingredients. I got the cauliflower hash and it was okay, but somewhat dry and lacking in flavor since it was without pesto (the waiter told me they used to have vegan pesto but now they can't/won't even make it specially).

Im so sad! Just noticed they took the vegan options off the menu and came here to confirm. So disappointing! 😭

Vegan options - Edit
They were out of the vegan egg when I visited, so I ordered the cauliflower hash. It was a filling and healthy meal before going out to ski. They have oat milk for coffee which was nice. However, zero vegan pastries.

Cons: More selection would be nice, No vegan pastries

Beautiful Diner - Edit
We absolutely loved this diner. It's beautiful and they have a few great vegan breakfast options. We had the vegan omelette, which was savory, tasty, and very filling. It was perfectly cooked - not overly oily or anything. The hash brown patty was perfect! It also came with toast and fruit preserves, which tasted amazing. The decaf drip coffee was great - not your typical diner coffee. They actually have a counter as well where they just serve coffee and pastries but I didn't notice any vegan options there.
Read moreWe also had the cauliflower hash and that was very good and was a little more of a health focused dish, with more veggies! It was served with pesto.
The staff was super friendly and a manager actually sat with us at our table for a while to give us advice for the best hiking trails in the area!

Delicious food - Edit
We were really impressed with both the vegan (just egg) omelette and the cauliflower hash. The side salad was light and fresh. Loved the turmeric oat milk latte as well. Really fun ambience during brunch. A bit busy on Sunday (most of the other restaurants in town were closed) but we felt it was worth the wait. They have a separate coffee/tea line if you just want to grab a drink or food to go.

Delicious vegan breakfast - Edit
We ate breakfast here twice while visiting Sun Valley. Vegan breakfast at restaurants can be hard to find so this place is a gem. The vegan omelette and kale breakfast bowl are superb!
