Best Ramen in Hendersonville

My spouse and I were glad to hear we were finally getting a ramen shop that offers traditional Japanese food but a vegan option.
The Vegetable Ramen is completely vegan, and you don’t have to tell them not to include the ramen egg because it doesn’t come with one. If you’re a vegetarian who eats eggs and wants a ramen egg, you’ll need to request it when you order and pay extra.
If you get the food to go, they’ll put your food in a great insulated bag with their restaurant’s name on it. We use them for transporting cold and frozen groceries.

Pros: Friendly atmosphere, Authentic food, Fast service

Cons: Only one vegan/vegetarian dish, Slightly small and it’s noticeable when busy, Parking is a bit below average
