Cute working cafe - Edit
Came here with a friend and ordered the miso burger (didn’t taste the miso?), lotus fries (crunchy and seaweedy!), pork cutlet sandwich (savory and filling), and almond soft serve (SO CREAMY!!). Loved the bright atmosphere and the servers knew English which was nice :)
Read moreThe taste isn’t out of this world, but the ambience is so cute. I saw many people working on their laptops here!

Kid approved breakfast - Edit
I’ll give the Oatmilk coffee 3 stars, but the kids give the food 5 stars, and the soft serve 10 stars! It’s really satisfying to get basic diner/cafe food but fully vegan. We had the shiro noir (excellent), the pizza toast (the cheese had the perfect salty gooeyness of non-vegan cheese), the fluffy pancakes (very good), the miso cheeseburger (okay). We will probably be back every day for a convenient breakfast close to our hotel. At $35-40 for 4 people, it wasn’t super cheap, but we consider it equivalent to getting hotel breakfast.

Great Lunch - Edit
The cafe is large and clean. We were greeted and given a basket to place our luggage. The choice was great and what we chose was elegantly served. The bread moist and the fillings were good. The vegan cheese was melted. We really enjoyed it and would definitely return

Basic burgers - Edit
We had lunch here yesterday and I now I have come to do my Happy Cow updates I am sorry to say it is hard to remember much about the burgers we had. So I would say they were ok burgers but not particularly memorable. But vegan places are always great to find and the fake trees inside were nice. More memorable was the couple sitting next to us having a fight (!)

Convenient but disappointing dinner - Edit
Walk-in on a weekday evening for a party of two. There were plenty of tables and booths available, so we were seated immediately. Nice atmosphere and appreciated the entirely vegan menu but the food quality was lacking. Gives diner vibes with Western-inspired food. Ordering was simple via iPad with an English menu.
Read moreOrdered the following:
- Avocado Teriyaki burger: very messy and hard to eat in one piece, odd texture of the patty, tastes mostly of mayo, simple roll for breading, fries that were included as a side were actually very good
- Tofu Fritters: heavily fried and oily
- Pancakes with Fruit: fluffy and light, tiny portion of syrup provided but the whipped cream was very tasty so that provided enough flavor
Truthfully, would have given 2 stars but the pancakes (and bonus fries) were actually quite good. But overall would not recommend this place, sorry to say

Full-Day Vegan Delight - Edit
A pleasant restaurant offering a fully vegan menu, open all day from breakfast to dinner. Ordering is simple, and the service is impressively fast. You can enjoy delicious starters, flavorful sandwiches, and indulgent desserts. A perfect spot for any time of the day (but nothing special).

The food was delicious. I had the avocado teriyaki burger with fries and it it was terrific and filling. I ate everything and forgot to take a picture. I highly recommend it. The avocado blends well with the sauces and adds a fresh taste.

Delicious Exciting Options 🌱 - Edit
I can’t believe I haven’t visited here sooner! It’s absolutely gorgeous with so many options to choose from, welcoming and a warm atmosphere, and lovely staff. It’s great to see a fully vegan Komeda coffee as this is a popular Japanese coffee chain.

Eco-conscious vegan spot with Euro-Western influence - Edit
Pancakes, sandwiches, burgers, pizza-type dishes, but all with a slightly Japanese twist. You won’t find your typical Japanese cuisine here, but all the food here seems relatively healthy with a bit of European and Western influence. I especially love that the restaurant itself cares about its ecological impact. We got the vegan “pork” sandwich, croquettes, milkshakes and coffees. All good.

The best brunch experience so far - Edit
This place has it all - large menu with various food and drink combinations, fresh salads and smoothies, breakfast, lunch and dinner options, beautiful interior and incredibly friendly staff.
Read moreThe soy katsu sando was by far the most delicious thing we’ve tried so far in Japanese restaurants. It was thick and crispy, but perfectly chewable. The same goes for their mixed-sandwich plate, which is served with a side of fresh salad (and salad dressing) and crispy fries. Also their toast, served as very soft and thick lightly toasted bread, paired beautifully with vegan cream cheese. Red fruit smoothie was very refreshing.
The pancakes were airy, soft and fluffy, topped with vegan whipped cream and fresh fruit, which paired well with their special blend of komeda coffee to round it all up.
10/10 experience and we will definetly visit again to try the rest of their menu.

One-of-a-kind vegan spot - Edit
Wonderful, laid-back cafe with an easy ordering system and retro feel. The menu features Japanese diner favorites that feel familiar to a Western audience. We visited several times and everything we got was delicious. We definitely ordered too much food (portions are big) but we always finished everything.

Absolutely phenomenal - Edit
I LOVED this place. The vibe was immaculate. Quiet jazz cafe in busy Tokyo. Large toast comes with all drinks, so beware! The sandwich was so good, the donut thing was fine, a bit much for breakfast. But mostly, I just really like the vibe and toast. Excited to go back. Great hours.

The only vegan Komeida in Japan! - Edit
Komeida is one of the most “Japanesey” cafes in Japan, but the owner is quite progressive I think! This all-vegan version of the cafe is wholly unique and quite unprecedented! He also promotes EV ownership as some of the cafes have EV chargers (not this one slap bang in the middle of Ginza tho).
Read moreEverything on the menu is vegan and there are SO MANY choices!! This store knows that 99% of the customers are non Japanese, allowing you to order via a tablet completely in English.
The “bouncy pancakes” are made with rice flour and come with soy whipped cream and maple syrup. Very light and tasty!
I need to come back here 50 more times 😂
Pros: One of one. You need to go!, Spoilt for choice, Fully English menu
Cons: No negatives. Just go already!
