Absolutely wonderful presentation at this Michelin star restaurant. The vegan tasting menu was tasty, but don’t go in expecting true Mexican ingredients. They use locally grown equivalents, so no avocado or limes… but they do some creative things with zucchini and other ingredients to mimic Mexican flavors. My only negative here is having to see what they are serving the non-veg people, which isn’t very appealing. In general, this was a nice experience aside from that.
