A first for Inverkeithing - Edit
Koku Shi is a groundbreaking Japanese restaurant that brought an innovative culinary movement to Inverkeithing, being the first of its kind in the area. The food is absolutely delicious, offering a refreshing and authentic taste of Japanese cuisine. I'm excited to see what creative and delicious offerings they come up with in the future. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a unique dining experience in Fife.

The vegan options we tried were delicious! There were lots of options on the menu. They recommended a dish to us and it was so good! Will definitely be returning and going to one of their other restaurants in Fife.

I’ve eaten take away from here a few times. The range of vegan options is impressive. Most of the dishes I’ve had have been very good. Reduce packaging waste: they will happily use the customer’s container for take away - tell them when you order, and be there when they’re preparing it (otherwise they have nowhere to put it!)

Great Sushi! - Edit
Kokushi is a well established franchise restaurant in Fife with lots of vegan options. The original owners are themselves vegan, so they've created a really good quality, delicious vegan menu which spans all of their restaurants.
Read moreWe were thrilled to find a kokushi in Inverkeithing, especially during lockdown. We haven't eaten in yet, but the take out is quick and the food is really good. I'm a big fan of the vegan planet sushi set and the tofu donburi.
