Do not go there! - Edit
Hi there, I've been recently to this restaurant with friends, we all caught serious food poisoning. Vegan and vegetarian options there are really terrible in taste, tofu in burgers or other dishes feels like it would come directly from the pack (0 spices/taste). They have a very big menu but all of the dishes were tried were really terrible, I guess that's what happens when u have a tiny kitchen and 100 options.
Read moreAnother disgusting thing was looking at their kitchen through a window - they literally have these flies glue rolls above the cooking stations.
Prices are relatively high while food quality is miserable

Nice burger, but a bit pricey - Edit
We had the veg bacon burgers which were nice, including fresh salad and a toasted bun. We also had a side of country-style potato wedges, which were also tasty.
Read moreOverall, good food but on the more expensive side (owing to the location, no doubt)
Pros: Vegan menu, Food quality , Atmosphere

Good choice for Astana!! - Edit
The location seems to be very popular, it was really crowded (not in a negative away) and vivid! Good atmosphere and I liked the light concept. Very close to Bajterek Tower.
Read moreMost of the staff speaks English and the menu is also available in English. They offer vegan miso soup, two vegan sushi rolls and several vegan wraps, bowls, and burgers. Also a lot of drinks available. Everything is clearly labeled.
It was really tasty, I'd come here again! 👍🏼
Pros: Atmosphere, Many tasty vegan choices, Good drinks available

Not the best pizza - Edit
You need to order vegan fast food separately from the main restaurant and the staff of the restaurant was not super happy to tell about the main menu and what could be adapted from it. Instead, they kept referring me to the fast food section.
Read moreI ordered the pizza in the end, which was expensive and it had not much taste and no cheese in it. Burgers must be better.
The place itself is really nice though and I would come there again to try other foods.

Great vegan pizza — went back for more! - Edit
Despite only being in Nur-Sultan for 3 days, we ate dinner at Koktem for two of them. The interior is lively and charming, and system of ordering and paying at a hatch made it a swift and pleasant experience.
Read moreThe vegan pizza was delicious — I craved it the whole next day so we went back again! It’s conveniently located right by the Baikonur tower. There are many vegan options (burgers, wraps, bowls) with menus in English and Russian.

Okay - Edit
But for this price, the small chickpea bowl was too bland. The wrap was cold and even though it was called 'grilled tofu wrap', it was just natural tofu out of the fridge. The cakes were amazing though!

Great place - Edit
Has a separate vegan menu with a good selection. The “non-vegan” menu also has vegan options, just ask the english speaking staff to make sure. Good prices, good atmosphere and good food!

Buddha-bowl - 100% recommended - Edit
Nice vegan options, Buddha-bowl was fabulous, many flavours, fresh juicy salad, both falafel and seitan in a plate as a "protein source" (plus hummus). I find this dish well-balanced and filling.
Read moreWhat I don't like (and this applies to any place in Kazakhstan where you can find vegan milk) - you pay for plant-based milk extra. So the price for vegan cocoa was doubled. Seems like cow's milk doesn't cost anything, but soy milk (with 95% of water)... I mean, ok - vegan options are rare and exclusive right now, but this situation with pb milk... I just feel like I am still paying for cow's milk, though I am not consuming it...
I wish cow's milk was also paid extra, to make it fair.
Pros: Tasty food, Nice location with a good view, Good vibes
Cons: Serves meat, Plant Based milk is paid extra

Good selection, nice atmosphere - Edit
There are 2 kiosks, one for vegan food, one for non-vegan. It's a good place to come for mixed parties. They don't really have breakfast food for vegans (burgers, Buddah bowls, wraps) but the food is good. You can order from the vegan kiosk from 10am although you can order coffee (with soy, almond or coconut milk) from the other kiosk and get vegan cake (normally 2 or 3 choices) before 10am. Def recommend!
Read morePros: Tasty food. Mains and a few cake options. Good cof, Price is ok.
Cons: Can't order vegan mains before 10am.

For me flavorless - Edit
We came for breakfast, but find out that there are no vegan options for breakfast at all. We got some vegan cakes 🍰, they were good. Then later we tried vegan burger 🍔 with bacon 🥓. For me it was a bit flavorless, cold tofu patty and bacon 🥓 were more like chicken strips. Falafel 🧆 wrap was ok.

Vegan food in Astana - Edit
This is a massively needed addition to the Astana food scene. A popular and hip restaurant in the centre of town with a big commitment to its vegan menu. Several burgers and wraps as well as a vegan cheesecake. Menu is in English on the outside of the restaurant. My burger had grilled tofu and seitan - in Astana!!
