Great vegan Indo food - Edit
"Je eet wat de pot schaft" - a Dutch saying meaning that you get whatever the cook prepares (meat/ fish or veggie).

Yummy Authentic Javanese - Edit
It was great to not need to look deep into a menu to find the veg options. You just tell them that you are veg and they bring out the daily special: a large plate with many flavors, rice soup, and many tastes included!

Came here on a whim on my 40th birthday, couldn't have been happier with the choice. The food was stunning (I would have given a 5 star rating but HappyCow doesn't permit this for restaurants that aren't fully vegetarian/vegan). The menu seems to resolve around a couple of different dishes of the day (one of which was vegetarian/vegan), which I assume change over time. The vegetarian/vegan option I had was delicious, a range of different tastes to enjoy. The head chef even comes to the table to introduce the dish to you, which I thought was a nice touch, and the vibes of the restaurant are relaxed and all the staff are friendly. Highly recommended if you're in the area.

Heerlijk veganistisch gegeten. Wat een leuk restaurant, je wordt hartelijk ontvangen, het eten wordt geserveerd en je krijgt uitleg over wat er op je bord ligt. De sfeer is heerlijk, het personeel is hartelijk. Dikke aanrader!

Heerlijk Javaans eten - Edit
Dit restaurant heeft (wat mij betreft) als grote voordeel dat er maar één keuze te maken is: vegetarisch of niet vegetarisch. De vegetarische optie is bijna altijd volledig plantaardig maar geef het nog even door want ze houden er rekening mee. Het eten was echt geweldig, heerlijke kruiden waardoor het ontzettend lekker smaakte. Omdat je veel kleine gerechtjes op je bord krijgt, is er ook veel variatie. Als bonus hebben ze ook nog eens huisgemaakte Javaanse ijsthee (als je van zoet houdt, echt een aanrader). Het menu heeft een vaste prijs van 16.50, echt een aanrader!
