Very good and interesting - Edit
We got the 13 dish vegan menu and it was really good. The diversity was great and the way they pampered every dish with a sense for including different taste experiences.

They don’t know what vegan food is - Edit
We had ordered a table at 8 and was not allowed to order the tasting menu as they said it would not be done until 3 AM. They have a separate vegan menu, but still served me multiple dishes that were not vegan dishes. For example was the “vegan cheese platter” just normal cheese and they didn’t tell me until I had taken a bite and asked if it was vegan. Straight after that they served me milk chocolate and also said it was vegan even though it contained milk when I asked. They also told me they had gluten-free bread five times, but ended up telling me at the end of the meal that they were out of it after having waited five hours for it …

Vegan michelin star set menu - Edit
Go on Wednesday - they offer 4 extra dishes for free made by new chefs. Choose the small menu - you’ll get so full!!
