Not many options but nice spot - Edit
We had the vegan sharing board which was nice & fresh but definitely needed some bread or more of the crackers as there was too much dip for the amount to dip in it. Lovely spot & staff though.

We went in for coffee, did not try the food. The vegan peanut cake tasted good and looked beautiful. The iced latte was decent. The staff was helpful and kind.

Gibt eigene vegane Optionen, aber nicht zu empfehlen - Edit
Haben sehr lange auf unser Essen warten müssen. Ein Drittel der Karte war bereits aus und nicht bestellbar. Hohe Preise für recht kleine Portionen.

Ok breakfast - Edit
Tofu scramble was nice with a salad. Some bread on the side would make it more complete.

Expensive - Edit
Tried to order the vegan caesar salad but it was sold out so I got the vegan spaghetti dish instead. It cost 13€ and the portion was pretty small, should’ve gotten double the size. Taste was average. Beer was cheapish, under 5€ for 0,4l Pohjala lager.

Vegan breakfast in old town - Edit
We came here for breakfast, couple of clearly marked (V) options in the menu. We tried chickpea pancakes and bruschettas with mushrooms, and both were great. Lovely athmosphere with some Finnish design😄#Veganuary

Perfect for when you are a little tired of meat-like vegan dishes. Roasted cauliflower with artichoke purée is de-li-cious. Also nice selection of Põhjala beers.

Nice place in Old Town - Edit
The vegan options are clearly marked and there was enough were to choose from. The cauliflower "steak" was very good, but maybe order a starter if you wish to be full after eating.

Simple, tasty dishes and quirky decor - Edit
Arrived in a group of 5 on a Saturday night and were able to get a table fairly easily.
Read moreThe menu was a good size and the choices weren’t overwhelming. I saw 2 main dishes that were vegan. The cauliflower steak was unfortunately sold out so I had the Spaghetti instead. We had some small dishes to share for the table, there were good options for lighter meals.
The food felt very tasty, clean and simple. The vegan dessert of plums, pastry and cream was delicious and a very delicate way to end the meal.
We really liked how the restaurant was decorated. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating.

We went there for breakfast and they had really good scrambled tofu! Apart from that, their breakfast selection is rather small I would say and the portions are rather small. They had one vegan cake as well. I really liked the vibe of the place and the staff was super friendly.

Would give 5* if able - Edit
A really nice venue where the vegan options feel like part of the menu and not an afterthought.
Read moreThe Cauliflower “Steak” is really good. The chef has a good taste for flavours, the hazelnuts compliment the sauce and cauliflower. All so pleasing on the tastebuds.
The mushroom soup was also very flavourful.
We also ordered the “vegan snacks” where the polenta chips were a particular highlight.
I would advise vegans to try here. Also if in a party of non vegans everyone would leave happy
Pros: Tasty food , Good vegan choices , Lots of seating
Cons: Not lots of choice on the menu

Something new - Edit
Good option for everyone bored of burgers and falafels, searching for new, not conventional taste. As others mentioned before, there aren't many vegan options, but what they didn't mention is that there aren't many dishes at all. But it's actually a good sign, good restaurants aren't serving 50 dishes. Their chef knows what he's doing! I liked it! I had mushroom soup, cauliflower steak and plums with vana Tallin as a dessert.

Overall satisfied - Edit
I ordered the cauliflower steak, which is with jerusalem artichoke cream, roasted hazelnuts and parsnip chips. It is a really interesting flavor combination, even though I like the caesar salad better. There are not too many vegan options, but overall I am satisfied.

Perfect chocolatecake - Edit
We enjoyed a light lunch at Must puudel with vegan caesar salad, tomato bruschettas and chocolate cake. The food was nice, but the chocolate cake was everything - so moist, full of flavour, but not too heavy. Just perfect! There were also some exciting lemonade flavours on the drink menu. Interior was super cozy!

Good food, different mood - Edit
The food was really good, although there were not that many vegan options. The staff seemed a bit bored and not that eager to help or talk, but still, it was a nice lunch.
Read moreThe appetizer and the main dish came to the table simoultaneously, which was not optimal, and the pre-course had crispy rice noodles in a really big "ball" which I had absolutely no idea how to eat, it was really clumsy.

The location is great and has seating out front. The waitresses were very friendly. There were very few vegan options but they were clearly marked. Unfortunately my pasta was quite blah. Not bad but just kind of flavorless and boring. However, the vegan chocolate cake was delicious!

Trendy cafe, good coffee - Edit
I would’ve loved to have more vegan options: only one of the cakes was vegan. That said, it was good cake. Really cool and hip cafe; perfect for a quick break in between sightseeing.
