Serves meat, vegan options available. Located inside Hotel Kreuzberg. Offers clearly marked vegan choices, plus they will happily and easily create a custom meal for vegans. The dish of the day for lunch is actually a variety of a few dishes, with always one being vegan. The regular menu has at least two vegan choices, labelled as such. Vegan cappuccino and latte (with coconut milk) and vegan sorbet for dessert are available. The food is a mix of German and international dishes, with lots of fresh vegetables and unusual creations. Open Wed-Sun 12:00-14:00, 18:00-21:30.

Very tasty, very good quality - Edit
The restaurant offers a good selection of vegan dishes, well marked in the menu. Soup, salad, main courses and desserts - there are great vegan dishes for every course. The portions are large and the price is reasonable. Highy recommended, we are looking forward to come back.

A big variety of vegan and vegetarian dishes
Read moreI was really happy to see more than just one vegan option (wich is often just salad or fries) on the menu. I´m usually not a big salad fan, but i loved the vegan salad with qunioa balls, especially the vegan salad sauce – it´s the best I´ve ever eaten so far. I also recommend the chickpea thaler (Kichererbsen-Taler) with mediterranean ratatouille and homemade pineapple-chilly chutney. And sometimes I treat myself to a dessert and eat some vegan cake or sherbet.
It´s always interesting to come here and have a look at the new vegan and vegetarian meals they have on their menu. They change their menu every few weeks/ every season, so I almost always found something new to try. During my visits there I experienced some dishes I´ve never eaten before and I increased my knowlege about veggi food a little bit. The portions are large enough and the arrangement of the food on the plate, especially the desserts, looks very nice and tasty. The quality of the food is really good and fresh, they have many ingredients from locals and homemade dishes.
The restaurant itself is surrounded by a friendly service and a cozy athmosphere. The decoration is very detailed and suits the current season and occasion. You can also sit outside on the terrace, where you have a wonderful view at the Ammertal and watch the sunset (the full card is also available). You can also order the vegan/vegetarian options in kid sized portions fort he young ones and the restaurant is allergy friendly and family friendly. It´s easy to be reached with a bike and the bus.

Great choice of vegan dishes - Edit
I was actually quite pleased with the vegan choices at this restaurant: From the looks of it is is just a 'normal' German hotel restaurant (nice and clean tables, discrete and friendly service, perfectly shaped cloth napkins, etc.) but they actually have a whole page of their menu dedicated to vegetarian dishes, 3 of which were vegan when we visited. I have seen some of those places which offer a single vegan dish but three is actually quite a nice selection already.
Read moreThe meals were typically German, very delicious and actually not too expensive given their great quality. We had some 'Reibekuchen' (potato pancakes) with Quinces and red cabbage and also some Quinoa-'Frikadellen' (like burger patties) with a spicy chutney. Servings were large enough that we could not try their vegan home made sorbet which they offered for dessert.
The only bad / a little weird thing was that they were not offering any vegan salads (b/c of dairy in their sauce). I guess if you really ask they would be able to make one with oil and vinegar but it is just a little weird not to see the most obvious vegan choice in a place that is so accommodating to vegans otherwise.
Pros: Great choice of vegan food, typically German, vegan food
Cons: A little far from the city centre, No vegan side salad
