Lekkerste vegan taarten in Utrecht - Edit
Veel keuze uit verschillende taarten, cakes en koeken. Mijn favorieten zijn walnoten koek, snicker koek, pompoen cake, bananen cake en bosbes/citroen taart. De taarten en cakes zijn enorm smeuïg. Ik ben minder fan van het kaneelbroodje en kardemonbroodje, die zijn in mijn ogen een beetje droog. Ook de koffie kan beter.

De cappuccino is lekkerder met beter schuim. En ik probeerde een nieuwe taart: Mango en ananas taart. De taart was heel erg lekker!

Lovely spot for cakes - Edit
Always a good idea to go here if you fancy something sweet. The cakes and sweets here are one of the (if not the) best in Utrecht. My personal favorites are the walnotenkoek (a sort of walnut shortbread) and pumpkin cake. The only thing I've had here which I am not a huge fan of is the Snickers bar. The coffee wasn't always good in the past, but they seemed to have upped their coffee game.

We visited this place Ona day trip from Amsterdam. It was very busy and we were lucky to get a seat! I got a lemon and poppy seed cake and a latte with oat milk. Both were great; good coffee and delicious cake. My partner tried the hot chocolate too and he said it was good, not too sweet.

KLUTS is a cozy bakery located near the Domtoren. I’ve been here many times. The cheesecake is not good (doesn’t taste like cheesecake, or anything really), the regular cakes are okay but a bit sickening / heavy on the stomach and sometimes a little dry, but the loaf cakes are amazing! I especially recommend the pumpkin one and the ‘verloren brood’ (contains some scraps of the regular cakes as well but is way more moist!). Though my review started negative, I do recommend the bakery😄

They were really busy so I needed to get take away and instead of opting by for the tiramisu cake, o got the chocolate mousse cake. Delicious cake, I loved the berry through it and the texture and flavour was perfect. It was a nice sunny day to sit outside and eat too.

There’s always a basic selection of banana bread, pumpkin loaf, lemon poppy seed loaf, a cookie and more. Then there are changing special cakes.

What a cute cozy cafe this is. Everything just gets better when you taste the cake. We had lemon curd cake and it was delicious. Also if it looks crowded inside don’t worry there is more room in the back to hangout😄

A lovely quaint bakery/coffee shop that had delicious chocolate chip cookies. Would be a very nice place to chill and watch the passers by over some coffee and cake. Unfortunately we arrived late in the day and the place was bustling so couldn’t manage to sit in.
