Vegan friendly - Edit
They can make any of the main dishes vegan, just ask, and they will know to omit the fish sauce and egg (if applicable). Order with tofu. The tofu is really puffy and soaks up the delicious sauces well. We also adore the tofu tempura appetizer, it has a vegan "honey" lime "mayo" sauce on top that we just love.

Even though they're not a vegan establishment by any means, my group of vegan friends feel comfortable here (you don't have to wonder if they know what "vegan" means).
Edit: we keep coming back again and again because it's so delicious and there's so many options. They added vegan pot stickers to the appetizer menu and they're amazing too!

Plant based review - Edit
We ordered the fried tofu appetizer, vegan potstickers, vegan pad thai, vegan green curry and vegan pineapple fried rice.
Read moreThis is not a “vegan only” spot since they also serve meat, but it’s nice to know in this part of Maryland, you can get very tasty Thai food, with an attention to detail to make accommodations.
If you are not a big tofu person, you can sub the meats for more veggies.
Spice level - usually when I go to Thai places, they ask me the spice level. Kittiwat never asked me the spice level, so upon arrival my curry was very flavorful and had a decent amount of spice, but because I like my Thai food to be spicy (napkins full of nasal drippage :x ), I ask them for the spicy powder on the side and dumped it into my green curry and that hit the spot.
Staff was very attentive and knew the details of even the simplest thing like the ingredients for the side sauce for the potstickers (black bean and soy sauce).
We used to frequent Thai House (another restaurant) until we realized that they have oyster sauce in their curries, so we are happy to find this little gem. We will be frequenting it more often. #Veganuary
Pros: Lots of items can become vegan I es, Don’t like tofu? Sub for more veggies no add cost
Cons: Thai place is expensive compared to Chinese spots

I love their food & super accommodating - Edit
They are very friendly, authentic, and delicious. I love how you can request and they will make anything vegan for you. We get the Thai iced tea with coconut milk! Their vegan pad Thai is awesome and I love their side of eggplant. Yummy.

Highly recommend. Good quality Thai. Vegan friendly with many options. - Edit
My favorite Thai restaurant in Frederick, Maryland. The food is fresh and well prepared. They understand about vegan food and offer many options. If you order a curry dish, be sure to order both tofu and vegetables (one will be an add on) or else you get just the just the curry sauce and the one option.

Thai vegan choices! - Edit
This place is small but cute. It feels like an open cafeteria with more aesthetic appeal.
Read moreThe menu has a million vegetable options, so you just have to decide. Specify vegan, but they get it. They have a tofu tempura appetizer with vegan mayo-based sauce. There's a papaya salad that is very generous in portions. They also have vegan potstickers, which comes with your lunch meal if you choose it. Nice!
For the entrees, classic ones like pad Thai, cashew vegetables, spicy basil tofu, four types of fried rice (specify NO EGG), drunken noodle and pad see euw. Lots of veggie dishes to choose from, and you can specify gluten free for any of the classic dishes.

Delicious and Friendly! - Edit
Ordered takeout through the website which has a “make vegan” option on vegetarian dishes. We ordered tofu tempura with vegan mayo, pad thai with tofu, and panang curry with tofu. All were delicious!
Read moreWhen we picked up the food, an employee brought the food out for me and confirmed that the order was made vegan per our instructions. Would absolutely go back if we drive through the area again.

Egg in my food - Edit
Clearly ordered my food vegan with no egg. Order cane with egg and fish sauce. I was unable to get ahold of anyone at the restaurant to get my money back.

Always vegan friendly, they know what vegan is and are always happy to help. There's do many things that can be made vegan here, and a lot of their appetizers are vegan like their crispy spring rolls with pineapple sauce. Always loved this place.
