Good, Not a Favorite - Edit
The bagels are good, not as good as Kettle Black. The vegan cream cheese they make in house, and it was a really miss for me. I think they use aquafaba and something else, it’s advertised as nut and soy free, I really just didn’t like the flavor. In that case, if I’m just going to make a bagel sandwich at home with tofutti or bandit, I’d rather get Kettle Black bagels. I swear I’m not a shill for KB 😅 they are just so much better than most other bagels.
Read moreI appreciate that at least Kismet offers something for vegans and although it tastes funky to me, I’d eat it again in a pinch.

Vegan schmear phenomenal - Edit
Kismet Bagels has their own home made vegan "schmear" (cream cheese alternative) and it is wonderful. You can even buy it in a tub and use it for your own bagels. I've never liked a store bought vegan cream cheese so this makes me very happy.

Great bagels, delicious vegan egg & cheese - Edit
Got the vegan egg & cheese sandwich - DELICIOUS! The everything bagel hit the spot and the sandwich comes with zhug, a spicy herby green sauce that I highly recommend (although you can get without too). The sauce really brought it up a notch. The sandwich was expensive ($11! and not big) but I will honestly probably go back for it. They also have vegan cream cheese that I did not try, also expensive (a $3.5 upcharge!). If you're craving an egg and cheese bagel, go here for sure!
