Delicious food, wonderful decor, and I got lucky that it was empty when I walked in. As other commenters said, you may want to confirm the vegan options are still available! I got a vegetarian dish. The owner was very nice and the atmosphere was wonderful.

Make sure the vegan food is in stock! - Edit
I went pretty far out of the way for this food, and the vegan option of the day was out of stock at around 2pm. My Omni family was able to eat and said the food was delicious, but I just had a drink. Maybe call ahead to be sure before you go out of the way to eat here. Fun vibes and delicious natural juices and sodas though!

Nice, quiet restaurant away from the busy Kyoto streets. Most other local vegan restaurants required reservations however we were able to walk straight into Kiranah Spice. Yummy food (I had the curry) and delicious drinks. Recommend!

If I was allowed to give this place 5 stars, I would have. Whilst a tiny restaurant, the food is delicious. Run by a lovely local who knows how to balance flavors and each vegetarian dish is exquisite. I was only in Kyoto for 3 days but went back twice!

This place ticked all the boxes.
I chose a vegan lentil curry for 1000yen with an added set iced coffee drink for 350 yen.
Food was fresh and delicious and full of flavour.
Highly recommend.

Read moreI ordered the curry plate, fried tofu/vegetables/green coconut one. Perfectly seasoned, slightly spicy, just on point. You can also choose from variety of drinks, see menu photos. I had carrot-orange juice.
Ad i am aroung quite often, definitely will be back.

I loved it here. I had a very flavoursome coconut curry, a fresh and colorful salad and an Earl Grey Cake with soy cream. Everything was delicious and interesting. The quality was great.

Delicious food that makes you feel good, cute place with great vibes, and super nice staff who speak some English. I would definitely recommend this place! There seems to be only 1 vegan meal (the vegetarian curry) but there's only 3 meal items total anyways. With such a small menu, you know they put care into your meal. They had a vegan dessert too!

Quaint cafe. They do a vegetarian main and dessert. We had the tempeh and veg green curry which was delicately spiced.
