Reliable food in nice pub

The Kings Head has had a revamp since I last went and although it was always one of the nicer locals it’s now probably the nicest and certainly best for vegans. There is a whole veggie/vegan menu with some standards and some more interesting options. Service is good too - friendly and I was offered vegan condiments without having to ask. Decor and atmosphere better than most chains especially in the outside area. There’s a kids menu and they’ll give your dog water. Chingford is poor for vegans (Feel Good Cafe is not open evenings) so this is a useful option that suits most people.

Pros: Plenty of choice, Nice atmosphere , Kid and dog friendly

Cons: Serves meat , Can be busy
