Vegetarian
A Rastafarian Ital shop run by Ras Imani and his family. Offers several lunch options daily, including veggie burgers, soya chunks roti, veggie pizza, soup, the Ital Lunch, and cakes. Try the Ital lunch and the beetroot juice. Possibly the only item that has dairy is the veggie pizza. It is located in a small wooden shop painted in Rastafarian colors. From the Central Market in Kingstown, walk across Bay Street to Frisko's Ice Cream stand. Walk past Frisko's into the area with all the shops. Take your first left, and Kings and Queens will be on your left. Open almost every day, unless owners are on vacation. Call ahead to see.

Delicious caribbean food - Edit
Had the lunch plate which was a big portion of really tasty and flavoursome food. There were different elements- a split pea stew, curry, rice, plantain, fritter, salad and for less than $5 us. We also had fresh juice drinks which were really good too. Highly recommend if you’re in Kingstown.

Best vegan food in St. Vincent - Edit
Very friendly people, good atmosphere, fair prices and delicious ital food.
Read moreIt is a bit hard to find, especially since it is not on google Maps and has no sign. You should look for a rasta coloured small house in the middle row of huts. Don't give up, it's worth it!
The beetroot and ginger juice is the best juice I have ever tasted!
Pros: When we were there, everything was vegan , Great taste, fair prices, Friendly atmosphere, healthy and filling food

Best Veggie Place in St. Vincent and the Grenadines - Edit
This has been my favorite place since my friend told me about it in 2009. I love the ital lunch the most, but also enjoy the other options. The soup is so filling and delicious. The roti is wonderful and unique, with chana (chickpeas) and breadfruit. The veggie burgers are my mom's favorite, and she is a picky eater. They also have yummy vegan cake. Most meals are only US$3. Also, the juices are great, depending on what is in season, such as beetroot, tamarind, passion fruit, and more.

Hidden gem - Edit
After much searching and asking around, we finally got to Kings and Queens. It’s truly a hidden gem. Hidden in the middle of town. By the time we got there it was 1:50 pm. All the food was sold out except for the Roti. I had a breadfruit and chick pea roti. It was very nice and filling. I also had a slice of the vegan coconut cake. It was nice and moist. Loved it.

Had to do a bit of searching but eventually I found it after asking for help. I got a very nice takeaway mixed plate for only $8EC. I will visit there any time I'm in Kingstown.
