Excellent All Vegan Restaurant - Edit
I loved this restaurant. I've been meaning to try it for awhile now but have to admit I was slightly confused about the location. In one review I read it sounded like it was part of an exercise studio. While it does share space and can be a bit noisy when classes get out, it's pretty much a dedicated space with a bright and cozy atmosphere. The food was excellent obviously prepared with care and skill. Many items are house made (cheddar cheese on the Burger Crepe as an example) and are excellent. The lentil burger was definitely the best I've ever had. The Green Mountain crepe was stuffed with sweet potato, red onion, red cabbage and enchilada sauce and topped with avocado, tomato and an excellent house made cilantro lime sauce. My favorite part of the meal was the zucchini fritters, perfectly seasoned and crisp on the outside. I'll be ordering these again. I can't wait to try the other savory crepes including The Eastern which is a mix of hummus and veggies, The Kale with kale, black beans, hash browns and avocado and The Mexican - which is filled with a taco seasoned walnut blend. The sweet crepes look wonderful too. This is an all vegan, gluten free restaurant. If you live in the Rochester area it's definitely worth the drive to Mendon. Oh, and the staff is knowledges, friendly and attentive, a definite plus.

Wow, what a find. This is a very cozy little breakfast and lunch place near the four corners on Mendon. Just like the song in Alice's Restaurant, “Walk right in, it’s around the back...” . Plenty of parking in a lot that borders St Catherine’s Church.
Read moreThe entire restaurant is vegan. The crepes are gluten-free. They use Bob's Red Mill gluten-free flour. The fillings are, well, filling!
I had the Eastern Crepe which had cauliflower,mushrooms, spinach and bell pepper sautéed with shallots and spices. My wonderful companion had the Simply Syrup crepes wit maple syrup and a side of the Zucchini fritter. Next time we want to try some of the other sides, including Cauliflower Scrambel and Lentil Patties.
The couple who own this new restaurant are interested in providing fresh, inventive, delicious vegan food to the community.
They also sell a variety of Fresh Juices and smoothies. And check out the Kid’s Menu for food the younger folks will love.
We came back on March 1, 2018 and it keeps getting better. We had the Vege Crepes and a Lentil Burger crepe. Great accents and sauces. Then we had the Baklava for dessert which was a crepe with Agave syrup and lots of crushed pistachios folded together to make layers. Wonderful! Couldn’t take a picture because we ate it so fast.

What a great family owned restaurant! Kind Crepes offers very healthy and delicious food options. Cozy atmosphere! We had the Green Mountain crepe, and the Eastern crepe. Both were amazing. The sides are a MUST, try all three! Everything here tastes so fresh, I'm looking forward to the additional seasonal offerings next summer :)

This was a great find! The crepes were amazing, especially the savory ones, the juice was super tasty and our service was fantastic. Staff(the owners I think) were no nice. The place was clean and very well maintained. Our kids loved it here too!

Worth the drive! - Edit
The sides here are the best part! We LOVED the lentil “sausage” patty and zucchini fritters. They are a MUST. Someone at the next table ordered the cauliflower scramble and was talking about how great it was. Can’t wait to try that next time.

Green Mountain was fantastic!! Eastern was great too but we felt it needed “something”... for us that meant hot sauce. We didn’t ask to see if they had any... but will next time.

When I dined there last week, the owner told me that they are offering a new spicy sauce for the Eastern crepe (based on customer feedback). We tried it and it hit the spot! Give it a try next time you're there :)
