Just grabbed some take out soup and spring rolls for a quick snack before a show.. both were excellent and I love that you can add tofu to the Tom Kar! It’s one of my favorite soups ever and having the tofu option makes it that much better!

I'm amazed this hasn't been added to Happy Cow yet! This place has so many options as everything can be made vegan as long as tofu is the chosen protein. Super high quality, very delicious, and large portions sizes. The staff is very knowledgeable also. Highly recommend the Mussaman Curry 🤤 #Veganuary
